Which is why in the labs we wear cotton masks (not paper made in China) that can be sterlised. Then a face shield and gloves that go up to your elbows.

The Gates family has long been anti population growth. This goes back to his grandfather.

Read up on Klaus Schwab (no relation to Charles).

Good lord. If this thread is proof of anything, it's that partisans on both sides are completely insane.

It's a vaccine. We've been doing these since the 1790s. This is not new science; it isn't some weird and experimental drug. If you're afraid of a vaccine, you literally need to give up all forms of modern technology; hell, the Amish should scare you with their advanced tools and new-fangled machinery. That's how dumb you are.

Good news: the state has reached the goal of having 70% of residents aged 16 or higher have at least one shot. The rate for 18+ is 75.4%. I think in a month this area will be pretty solid for withstanding the Fall surge. Not sure about some of the non-Puget Sound counties though.

Why hasn't someone questioned Faucci or WHO or the CDC on "how" it got all the way around the world in less than 3 days - and the variants - how where they transmitted when there were no flights anywhere - exc to Canada from China?

There were always flights internationally.

Less, a lot less...but they were always flights.....planes are the vessels of the virus, unfortunately.

Now if you onto a different idea, please share. I'm open.

Where do you get the 3 days limit? The first indicators of COVID-19 have been traced back to November 2019; the US travel ban from China occurred at the end of January 2020. It only takes a day to travel around the world. That's the big danger with pandemics in the modern interconnected world -- it doesn't take a bug long to get everywhere.

Flights have continued to operate during the pandemic, albeit with only ~10% of the normal passengers. All it takes is one asymptomatic person to carry it across a border. Even if the travelers follow the standard two week quarantine some countries have imposed, leaks happen. The Delta variant was already in the US before we banned flights from India. About all the flight bans do is slow down the spread a little.

Feb 2020, travel restrictions China-> USA was announced in early Feb and instituted 2 weeks later.
It wasn't very restrictive if any.
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/tr...hina-pandemic/

The Administration should have tightened travel when China announced that they are building a 1000 bed hospital in 15 days in Wuhan, to be completed by Jan 20. But pandemics and world commerce have only delayed the virus' spread by only weeks.
