We've lived in Duvall for 4.5 years and really like the house that we're in since it's on a cul-d-sac, greenbelt, it's quiet, and the houses are spaced way apart. I do love it here except for the commute. *sigh* I go in late in the mornings so it only takes 30 minutes but coming home will take longer at 6 pm. I also hate having to drive 20 minutes on the weekends just to get anywhere. If Duvall were closer, I would be very happy.

We're thinking of moving to Sammamish. We did this 2 years ago, but decided to stay where we're at. Now we're looking again. We have a daughter now so school is a top priority as well as a smaller commute. My question is what is the commute like during non-peak hours, peak hours to MS? What about to Target/Home Depot area and RTC? What is the culture like and is it mostly young families, older kids, older adults, etc? When I refer to Sammamish, I'm meaning the area around Timberline, Heritages Hills, Village Park, etc.

TIA!
