Last time I was in the hospital about 12 years ago, they used to bring a menu round
asking what you would like for the evening meal. I cast an eye over it. Then said to
the meal guy " I'd like dry beef, lumpy mash potatoes, and cold vegetables please."
He replied "we don't serve food like that." I said "well, that's what I had yesterday."

my local bar and grill is having French dips tonight( and he makes a mean sandwich full of meatand swiss cheese)
