while it is true that there are some bums in Spokane it is not the major problem that David has stated. Spokane overall is much nicer than most cities of the same size. While it is not a major entertainment destination there is plenty to do. The crime rate is larger than N. Idaho but the population of Spokane is more than twice the population of all of N. Idaho. The traffic in Spokane during rush hour is minor compared to Seattle. You can make it from city limit to city limit in less than 20 minutes. I hope that you visit and form your OWN opinion.

No. If asked for my opinion, I would attribute an increase in libido to dismal weather. If going outside is unpleasant, and you constantly crave bodily warmth, then snuggling up to another Spokanite might just be the ticket.

How else to explain the scads of runny-nosed children who populate Spokane's public schools (you know, those buildings which resemble minimum-security prisons only with neon message signs outside saying things like "MISS OLSON YOUR OUR FAVORITE AIDE-- SORRY TO LOOSE YOU!"

Viagra? A function of age, not climate. Tacky furniture? Welcome to Division Street.
