It appears ""Baby Federer"" has had his breakthrough tour victory in Stockholm, and ATP 250 event:

Dimitrov Claims Maiden ATP World Tour Title In Stockholm - Tennis - ATP World Tour

Isner seems to be quiet lately, did not do that well in Asia either.
This week has 2 more Indoor hard court tournaments (ATP 500 events), Valencia in Spain and the Swiss Indoors in Basel - Federer's home town tournament.
Nadal had to withdraw from Basel, citing fatigue from a gruelling year.

Unfortunately Baby Fed lost in Basel in Switzerland.
Repeat of last year's final now Delpo vs Fed:

Juan Martin del Potro To Face Roger Federer For Basel Title - Tennis - ATP World Tour

There is also another Indoor hard court tournament on now in Valencia, Spain, where Ferrer is hoping to win in his home country.
Only 2 more tournaments left in the year, all Indoor Hard Courts - in Paris and London.
Paris is the final Masters tournament of the year, where Nadal is going for a record 6th Masters this year.
Indoor hard courts are not Nadal's favourite surface as it nullifies his topspin game somewhat, but he should retain the Year Ending Number 1 even with only moderate performances in Paris and London.
After this there are some Davis Cup matches left, where ATP points are minimal.

Things are heating up at the Paris Indoors Masters 1000 now, Quarter finals later today:

ATP World Tour Order Of Play - Tennis - ATP World Tour

All the Top seeds are through, bar Tsonga - who has also missed out on a London berth after losing in the 2nd Round as well.
