Default Fast growth insanity

As a resident of the St. George for some time I am sad to say that this area is not the quaint community it once was. Massive overbuilding and very poor city planing has caused traffic problems that are getting worse every day. The city governments are controlled by greedy developers and land owners. They could care less about what the local citizens want. The infrastructure is horrible and the building continues at a truly reckless pace. Very few good roads, no proper flood control anywhere, no dust abatement and no common sense when comes to excessive growth. This place is a perpetual accident that will not end well. If your smart you will not bring your hard earned money here and stay completely clear of this ongoing train wreck. This is not an exaggeration. Lots folks are starting sell and leave for these very reasons. Be careful!
