I'm a latin mom with two children. I love walks on the beach, eating out, shopping for home decor, candles, the sunset, scenery photos, love jazz, old school r&b, meditation, i listen to nature sounds to fall asleep, I'm compulsive about organization and cleanliness, have to arrive on time to work, use time management very well.
I'm not trying to meet a man, I just want to meet a mom or someone who's like me. But, it seems like nowadays people are wanting to get drunk,laid or clubbing. It's not my thing and never has....I don't know

With 2 kids you arent interacting with other moms at the park,or school or any of the activities that kids require?. If your experiences are people getting drunk,laid or clubbing you are definitely looking in the wrong places for decent friendships and definitely no place to find other self respecting moms..

Have you tried joining a Mom's club in your area? Sometimes you can find them on sites like meetup.com or through your HOA.

Stick to your guns and don't compromise your morals or values. I don't know your religious views but perhaps you could see if there are any groups associated with a church that fit your needs - lots of moms have kids in church preschools and such (at least around here).

There's some men out there that don't go to bars, get drunk all the time, or wants to have sex all the time. There's good ones out there, just have to look a little deeper.

No, you are not borng. You are a nice person who is looking for other nice people to hang out with. There's nothing wrong with that, but it can be very difficult to find. I'd suggest joining a mom's group, getting involved in an activity you enjoy, volunteering somewhere, trying meetup.com, joining a gym, reaching out to neighbors, making connections via your church or workplace, etc. Best wishes.

Try to bear in mind that most people today (unfortunately) focus little on organization, cleanliness and timeliness. I'm sure many are intimidated by that..I know I have found a similar situation as I too find all three important. There are some excellent suggestions about volunteering or joining a group. I have found recreational groups to be a great way to meet people, and far less judgmental than "religious" groups. They are as varied as an Over-35 Kickball League, Volleyball, Bicycling, Bean-Toss and Fitness groups. Good luck!
