Just using my informal statistics from City Data I found that there appears to be a 38% increase in people moving to here in the last 3 months compared to the previous 6 months! At least based on those who ask help to move here.

That looks to me quite a significance number given the fact that the majority of people who relocate here doesn't even know about City Data at all.

Can't wait to hear what those trucking companies going to say soon?

Welcome everybody!

But please I don't want my property tax to go crazy though

I'd rather hear that jobs are coming back rather than more people fighting for the small amount available.

Snows/miserable winters seem to push people to FLA about this time every year.

I think that's one reason why our unemployment numbers are inflated - all the people who move down to FLA looking for work - as if this area was the "land of the plentiful jobs"

Well, "we" are telling to get a job before moving and most appear to have jobs lined up. So, basically most are moving with their job.
