I just signed up for the paper a few weeks ago, just sunday paper. I received 1 news paper (along with a card for "tips", but that is a different issue that bugs me). Then the last 2 weeks no paper. Of course, since this is new for me, I had no idea you had to call in the missing paper by 11am.

It isn't just the Tribune who requires you to call before 11 AM to get a replacement paper, it is that way in many cities. It maybe that they have a new delivery person and they haven't gotten the route down yet or you were left off the list they use.

Yup, me too, subrscribed the beginning of the month an have yet to receive anything. We have a newstand on the corner also, which I tried to hit but has been emptied out by 7am. Most be some pretty cool ads in the Sunday paper or something.

I've had problems a few times, but I call and they get a paper to me, usually by noon. Interestingly enough all of my problems have been when the paper was really big, Sundays and Thanksgiving. It's aggravating, but they have been responsive to my calls.
