I forgot.....I also get the "sand in the eyes" feeling- it started yesterday so I started the Claritin-D and it is a lot better today.

I started using my Veramist last night. Once the pollen starts, I stay on that until it is done.

It varies but I just noticed it picking back up a few weeks back, it will pass soon and then pick back up peak around March, grass allergies look around March to start and go through the summer and weeds about the same.

I can deal with sneezing, which I have some now. It's the feeling of sand in my eyes I can't stand. My eyes swell up and shut. This hasn't happened here yet, so I am hoping to avoid that part of it here. I think that may be oak related, so I'm curious when oak pollen gets bad here.
I had the problem with my eyes up north but in 20 years has never happened down here. It used to get it so bad that I could not see at all.
The oak pollen was in my pool last week or so but we got down in the 30's up here a couple of weeks ago and then it warmed back up so it all depends how cold it got near you.

Is oak pollen out yet? I didn't see it on my pollen alert, but it may not be accurate. I think Oak is the worst.
