Hello Everyone,
I’m considering moving to Florida from Arlington, Tx. I’m looking for a place that:
Is a nice area to raise a 13 and a 16 yr old
Has a good mix of races and cultures
Has a stable job market I am a Licensed Massage Therapist @ Massage Envy
Is safe and easy going however has good access to sporting events and entertainment
Has a descent cost of living ($700-$1400 per month for three bedroom apartment condo, or house.
Mid-Size in terms of population (I need at least a Target-type store, drug store, grocery store etc. within arms reach
By the way, I am a single mother I am interested in dating. Would like an area where there are some singles between the age of 30 and 40.
Where would I get the most bang for my buck, in the Tampa Bay area.
If you think that none of these places fit what I’m looking for, please feel free to make recommendations.

Yeah, I was just gonna say. South Tampa is a costly place to live and probably out of that budget. Rent prices have been spiking and a 3-bedroom place will eat up most of that $1,400 even in an average neighborhood. Forget about that $700. I think Florida is a funny place with our cost of living going up but lack of decent paying work anywhere.
