I just told him to drive by there one night after work to time it. Not having to go over the Skyway and deal with closures might help.

I lived in Brandon at one point but it was not as nice as Riverview to me and the drive over there isn't bad. We aren't really wanting to get into a super commercialized area like we are used to in Pinellas but also don't want to drive 30 minutes to get to the grocery store.

I guess my suggestion would be to locate the schools districts you're willing to be in within that I-75 corridor, and then look for the house within that/those district.

Near to Panther trace there is a new construction by Ryan homes called Lucaya Lake Club, you can check that out, it is in your budget.

Riverview and Brandon is the next Pinellas overdeveloped Florida nightmare, lived in both places and just got the heck out of Riverview after 2 years also lived in Pinellas for 10 plus. Just moved out of Florida for good after seeing two counties ruined in the last 15 years by urban sprawl. Quick money for some aka developers but the future is gonna be tough in those parts.
