Seems the bakery is doing what what every business is doing today to keep up in this recession. Their cost go up so they raise their prices, nothing ingenious, fantastical or different from others. What am I missing?

All Business food owners need to raise the price of their products, but not to much. Raise the cost of a loaf of bread .25 to .30 cents. When minimum wage goes up every year , do the same every year. These business need to make a profit in order to be able to pay their employees.
