You could try contacting real estate agents for houses to rent in any of the towns you mentioned.
I live in Tullahoma and I have also seen signs in yards of houses that owners are trying to rent out.
I have also seen a sign on the grounds of a very large apartment complex in town if you are looking for an apartment. I don't remember the name of it but can find out the contact info if you're interested.

Just trying to get some idea of cost for a 3 bd home with garage. We are trying to set up a trip to check it out in person. I didn't know if they had a place most folks listed rentals they had avial or like you said just simply put up a sign.

Real estate agents who act as property managers for rental homes, signs in people's yard, newspaper classifieds, I've even seen homes for rent advertised on bulletin boards in grocery stores. Those seem to be the most dominant forms of advertising, but I don't know of one single "clearing house" for rentals in the area.
