The way the 300K numbers was arrived at was using the 7 county population of the following counties:
Angelina County
Cherokee County
Nacogdoches County
Panola County
Rusk County
San Augustine County
Shelby County; this is what is referred to as the Nacogdoches Economic Market.

What's a Cititrend and why do you keep typing the letter o in place of the number 0? It looks ridiculous.

Nacogdoches's daytime population is not 300K. I live in Lufkin and the Chamber of Commerce estimates Lufkin's daytime population at 75 to 80K. Lufkin has more shopping, bigger hospitals, more restaurants, a bigger population, a bigger county population, and punctuation. Your support for your city is commendable but delusional.

Not to pop on anybody parade but I know for sure Nac doesn't have that many ppl during the daytime. Maybe driving on 59 going to and from Houston. Tyler/Longview/Marshall area is the most populated area's of East Texas. That's a no brainier
