Coke I've always said but ya'll and fixin' to I've picked up over the years and now say them without even thinking. Funny how stuff like that can rub off on you and stick. I've seen it happen to some of my family members here too.

Very familiar with all. Don't say warsh or yonder although I certainly had family that did. I have been reduced to saying soda so I can get servers to understand to give me a cup so I can choose which "coke" I want to drink. Besides fixin to one I can't break myself of is "gonna". I've tried and it's stuck. I only say ain't when I'm being funny but I do use it then. Oddly I've been know to exclaim "boy howdy", "gosh doggit", and "gol darnit" but I have absolutely no idea where I picked them up. Sounds funny I'm sure since I'm a SUV driving suburban mom living in an area with more transplants then natives

Yeah every Native Texan I know refers to soft drinks as cokes even the ones that are not "country". I've noticed a lot of us(Texans) say "Kleenex" instead of tissue.
