My daughter never liked gravy either. So when we ordered CFS out, I always asked for hers to be served on the side. Sure made good dipping for my french fries and Texas toast.

My all time favorite for breakfast is white country gravy with sausage over freshly baked sour dough biscuits. Plenty of black pepper seasoning and a dash of HOT salsa add the ultimate taste experience.

How is it chicken fried steak without gravy? Sounds like you prefer breaded fried steak, not CFS.

I agree with you that poitine is absolutely delicious.

It is chicken-fried steak, ok? Meaning you bread and fry the cube steak like you would when you fry chicken? Do you put white gravy on your fried chicken? I should hope not!

Ohhhhh....mah gawd. No wonder you didn't like that on your CFS.....lordy.
