Okay, man, we get it...you HATE Dallas.

What's with your weird fixation with but at the same time hate for Dallas anyway? Did a cheap street hooker steal your wallet and give you a STD in Dallas? Or did a red lip stick wearing waitress with a heavy Southern accent spit in your food at a restaurant in Dallas? (Houston people typically have heavier Southern accents than Dallas people, by the way. At least to me.)

I like the names Cranfill's Gap, and Norse, both in Bosque County. Cranfill's Gap is a real little town but very much off any main road. Norse is pretty much just the Lutheran church there. Both are in the heart of the Norwegian settlement area.
I had so many geology field trips to all those places, having gone to Baylor. The Norse church was a lunch stop where we brought in Leslie's Fried Chicken for all the students.

Waco - Yes, they are Wacko there

Oh goodness, you're back.

We're talking about cities with cool and worst names. Not what they have in their cities. We already know you love Nacogdoches.

The in-laws originate from Happy, TX. At the city limits is a sign "Welcome to Happy, the town without a frown"

I like names that sound attractive places to live (even if not). Marble Falls, Round Rock, etc.

Nothing with "The" or easy to mock. Nothing that has a more famous city (Paris, Cleveland). However, names that aren't quite knockoffs are cool (Frisco). Hyphens are cool (it's not like it's YOUR last name, if so, I feel bad for you).
