I want to move to Houston or San Antoino, Im not sure which is a better city to live in. Im moving going to move into a studio apartment in a pretty nice suburb and I found some nice ones in both cities that cost a bout 600 ish a month in a nice area.

I know Houston is a much bigger city than San Antonio, but does San Antonio have lot of things to do for fun? like the nightlife? Also I'm not racist or anything, but is San Antoino full of mexicans even in the nice parts of it? Not that Im against mexicans or anything, just curious. I've just grown around lot of white people and gotten used to it.

Im leaning towards Houston, theres a nice apartment in the woodlands area.

I like the city of Dallas, I just had a bad experience with the some of the people i know and I want to move away far from my parents and Im 19. I've lived in dallas for so long. Are the woodlands areas are pretty similar to the plano/frisco/mckinney type suburbs in dallas?

Since Houston is bigger than Dallas in terms of population, are there more stuff to do there, like nightlife, doing fun stuff?

Mexicans blend in better in Houston and San Antonio. If you want to be around white folks, why not move to Waco or someplace? In cities like Houston and San Antonio, you gotta take the diversity, my friend. In Houston, you'd be dealing with Arabs, Filipinos, Nigerians, Pakistanis, Vietnamese, Ethiopians, El Salvadorans, Colombians and etc. This is the INTERNATIONAL city.

But Houston's definitely got the overall big city amenities that San Antonio lacks though nightlife offerings and stuff are about even between Big D and H-town.

Coming from Dallas, I'd say Houston will have more of what you're used to.

As far as Plano/Frisco/McKinney... I've always thought of Sugar Land as more similar to these. Maybe some parts of Katy. The Woodlands is a lot more forested, but further from downtown.

I recommend Austin. It is one of the safest large cities to live in.

The Woodlands is a very beautiful green city with big city retail and music venues. The night life in Houston is probably amazing when compared to Austin and San Antonio. I think woodlands is a 45 minute drive to down town Houston.

Austin is overrated and boring as mud, however, the state parks south and west of there are pretty amazing. You might enjoy Austin's 6th street bar district. So visit it first before you decide to live there.

I'd pick San Antonio over Austin because you have Garner State park, South llano state park, and Guadalupe river. San Antonio has theme parks, good amounts of retail, and some nightlife.

It's a tough decision.

The majority of Hispanic people in Texas have already conformed to white Anglo traditions and culture.

I would say San Antonio offers the same big city amenties that houston and Dallas offer. Myabe to a lesser degree but you will find the same things.
