Judge John M. Cleland barred cameras from the Jerry Sandusky hearing this Tuesday. He also barred the use of personal computers for anything other than note taking, meaning no tweeting, live blogging, or real time website posts. Judge Cleland will provide a courtroom sketch artist.

Thanks for the info Carolina! Ugh. I thought he was sitting in jail. I saw him going to jail on tv the other day. I still cannot believe he lives next to an elementary school! It's probably in "lockdown mode" every day. I cannot believe the staff turned a deaf ear to it all . Shame on them all!

Preliminary hearing today. And Mike McQueary's testimony has changed?
Seems he is now saying that he did not witness the rape of a child in the shower. Only an adult and a young boy horsing around. Sad. Sad. Sad.

If all 50 come forward (I think it's up to 50 now) Mike McQueary can go take a leap. On the news it seems Paterno fell and broke his pelvis. I wonder if he was suppose to testify.

Well ... Sandusky waived his hearing this morning ... they are ready to go to trial ... Sandusky has 11 witness lined up to testifu for him!!

That is not exactly correct. There are four versions of his story. The one that recently surfaced is fron a doctor who is a family friend and was at McQueary’s father's house the night of the incident. This doctor testified before the grand jury with a different version of what happened in the locker room. This testimony was not part of the grand jury report that was released. This explains the four versions of the story: Another version of Mike McQueary's story about Jerry Sandusky surfaces | PennLive.com

Thanks for the edification. I assume that we won't know what Mike will say until he is in the witness chair maybe....

Either way there are currently eight victims who have appeared in court to confront Sandusky. They are not changing their story...
