What is the vote? Will the coach do a full trial, or get a plea deal?

It would save the state multiple millions to make a deal. It might not be what the public wants (most like public hangings) but it would put the POS behind bars for a long time and save tons of cash.

Either way. It stinks.

He'll definately go for a trial, like people who profess their innocence generally do. The attorneys will pulverize his victims and witnesses to throw in reasonable doubt.

He is so full of himself he will go for a full trial. The judge will not allow cameras, cell phones, laptops, iPads nothing electronic in the courtroom so that leaves In Session and HLN out.

If all of the young men have to testify it could be very traumatic for them or it could be healing to sit there and confront Sandusky. I just hope they don't swing a sweet deal for the pond scum. They need to castrate him.

He will go full steam ahead for a long drawn out trial. He thinks he didn't do anything. He is the most arrogant monster!

I think he's too arrogant and in denial to plea bargain. In his twisted mind he'll get pleasure sitting there hearing his victims talk about showers and wrestling.

"like people who profess their innocence generally do"
Sometimes people ARE innocent, would we want THEM taking a plea deal to something they didn't do?
Actually happens more often than we could know. However, it's kinda darned if you do, darned if you don't.

It's his right. We may not like him, and we all may think he's guilty as sin, but he has the same right we all should have.

His attorney knows that his client is weak and mentally ill. No way he is going to make him sit in court and wait for him to explode. Plea deal 12 years.

Of course its his right. True or not, he'll stand by his claim of innocence.

Do I believe him...hell no.

Neither. Just hang the SOB or stone him to death. Why spend money on that piece of garbage.
