Tot mom has to answer questions about her $$$ | HLNtv.com

This trial, Casey Anthony vs. Zenaida Gonzalez, is going to be very interesting. I don't see the judge cutting Casey any slack here. Civil trials are always more informative than criminal trials. I believe, Casey will have to testify.

Casey just finished her year probation.

Shortly after Casey named Gonzalez it was determined a lie. Any damage done to this women is minimal, my opinion, shes a drama queen attempting to cash in.

Cindy and Casey both publically named her exboyfriend, who at one time was told he was Caylee's father as the kidnapper too.

Zenaida's Proffer in Support of Punitive Damages - Morgan & Morgan

Here's a copy of Morgan's civil suit (8 pages, so its brief if anyone wants to read).
filed against Casey. Not sure if they will get money, BUT at least the fact that Casey obstructed a police investigation, slandered a non-involved third party, can possibly make her held accountable.

imo this case is another one where the murder victim had no voice.

It does have interesting wording in that Casey cannot say " she didnt intend" the consequences, and that "muddying the waters" of a murder investigation, is to be considered reprehensible by the court.
