t's a boot print. This was done in WET blood, so the detectives couldn't have accidentally contaminated the crime scene by walking in it, the blood would have been dried by then. I couldn't get a forensic report.

Juan already stated Jodi wore socks, and the photograph shows a bare foot.

Zach Billings also stated that he did the laundry on Sat.June 7, then when asked again he changed it to Wed June 4.
In a follow-up interview he then stated he wasn’t positive, but he thought he'd done the laundry on Tues. June 3 morning… but went on to say the clothing found in the washing machine was either TA’s or Enrique’s because TA “would never wash his whites with colors”.
Zach Billing's rented a car the day Travis was killed. When questioned he said his car was broken.
He knows a lot more than he’s letting on.

That's where I got the info. Who knows this case is getting screwer each day.
I think the news is saying that kicking her out could be favorable to the defense, because as a juror she was on the prosecution's side.

I don't know why you think any of this matters, but the only DNA found at the crime scene belongs to Jodi. If there was anyone else involved she would have thrown them under the bus LONG ago.

If you are getting your crazy theories from that Jodi Arias Is Innocent website, and I suspect you are, then you ought to know that website is run by some scammer from Pakistan who also put up a Casey Anthony Is Innocent website. Both of them exist only to scam money from gullible people. Just saying.

There sure are a lot of angry women who post at jodiariasisinnocent.com. Some of them sound like they would like to dig up the corpse of Travis Alexander and burn it!:-(

I think Jodi is a sociopath. There's been more then adequate collaboration to prove that. Obviously, Travis had some issues too. There's been some collaboration towards that.
I think appropriate consequences and justice should be served on Jodi, as well as to protect those now exposed to her. Sociopaths are dangerous to society.

From a 'crime mystery' point of view, so much doesn't add up. Even if the homicide was 100% purely pre-meditated by Jodi, dots don't completely connect. Flores said he didn't see how one person could have done this, the 'suicide' of Ashley who called the police on her husband, the roommate who doesn't notice the dog or the rank stench, Travis buying a $1500.00 camera to make "legitimate porn" when his house is foreclosing, ect ect

Something about the whole Pre Paid Legal multi level marketing program combined with Mesa Mormon Singles Ward, the 'self reporting' to Bishops..all these intertwined people claiming stalkings and tire slashings, but not one police report....ect. ect.

My thinking is that Travis was under increasing pressure from PPL to expand and recruit new accounts, while keeping an image of success with a BMW and the house.
He was under increasing pressure from the Mormon Church to marry, was getting kicked out of the singles ward and did not have a wife for the couples ward.
Yet, Mormon women were not chasing him, for whatever reasons. He was physically attractive, had all the appearances of an eligible bachelor, who reportedly everyone loved and thought was the greatest guy.....
His business was collapsing and his house foreclosing, as per his own texts.
I think he become a liability......

or maybe I just read too many Murder Mysteries, lol...

Martinez only has one tone and that is getting pretty annoying. I understand fully that he is passionate about speaking for Travis, but if he keeps attacking every person on the stand with the same nasty attitude he is going to turn off some of the jury for sure. I am so tired of hearing "Maam, did I ask you that ?" Even other Attorneys and Prosecutors who have been interviewed feel he should ease up some of the time instead of being an attack dog 100% of the time.

This whole thing is really getting silly.

A - who is paying the "expert"?

B - in something of this importance, why are they not calling in another "expert" who is impartial (not paid) for a second opinion?

C - I watched the courtroom clip on the Snow White scene and Judge would not overrule the objections. What was Martinez trying to establish with the Snow White story??

I am nearly sure there will be a mistrial and in the end JA will get off. The prosecution is bungling it at every turn.

All I am saying is, if Travis was an abuser, then get testimony from somebody he abused. So far all I have heard are accusations by a known liar - Jodie. If e-mails were sent to Jodi; then get in the people that wrote the e-mails. This is a trail, conceivably about life or death; I would prefer to get first hand information.

“Expert” witnesses rely on their credibility and performance on the stand. If their testimony or assumptions are proven to be wrong; then it could be brought up in the next trail where they are hired for their opinions. They have to hold their ground – right or wrong. I don't like that system. I don't even know if there is such a thing as an “impartial” expert?
