I don't agree with the death penalty except for these type of special folks. News story updated as of yesterday. The body of a 3 yr old girl was found in a drainage ditch .4 miles from her home in Texas. The father called police after she was missing FIVE hours. Father claims he dropped his 3 yr old off at 3 am to leave her alone in an alleyway, as a punishment for not drinking her milk ( at 3 am...??) , went back 15 minutes later allegedly to pick her up, and as his story goes, surprise, the toddler wasn't there. Instead of calling 911, his story surmises that he instead went back home and even did some laundry, before finally calling police five hours later.

The family's SUV was gone for an hour between 3 and 4 am.

Police arrested him for felony child endangerment. Police and volunteers and neighbors searched two weeks before her body was found only .4 miles from her home in Texas yesterday. People from the community many who didn't know he little girl came out to the site of her body was found to place flowers and stuffed animals and hold several vigils. Police report the parents who had adopted little Sherin were "uncooperative " in the process.

Nothing of this story adds up. What parent wakes up a 3 yr old to make them drink milk at 3 am? Why would it be so important anyways for a toddler to drink milk at that ungodly hour instead of sleeping? Even if that was true, why would any so called parent of a 3 yr old girl drive her across the way to an alley to leave her there alone at 3 am for 15 minutes and drive off as "punishment " for not drinking milk. When he allegedly came back after 15 minutes and she was gone, why did he wait five hours to call the police? Why was he driving around in his SUV for a whole hour during that time from 3-4 am?? It doesn't add up. He killed her, then drove around in the SUV deciding what to do with her tiny body before finding the drainage ditch which he thought would be a good hiding place, went home and tried to think of some story to get out of it- came up with a ridiculous story of not drinking milk.... I hope there will be justice for little Sherin... may she Rest In Peace.

There's a huge thread in "Current Events" on this already. The father confessed to killing her.
