Uh, so we all know I'm from the North East. Do I just string up some lights on a Saguaro and call it a day?

I always enjoy a wrapped saguaro cause I always wonder how many times the person got poked stringing up the lights. I normally go for the icicle lights around the trim of the house myself, used nails for a few years before I discovered those little white plastic clips, now I use those and can pull them off after the holidays are over and not have bent nails or holes on the trim of the house.

Or, you can build a 10x12 foot UofA logo replica and get sued by your HOA.

My parents decorate the same way they do when they lived in the Midwest and NE. It's pretty much the same.

You guys should check out Winterhaven this Christmas, it's pretty nice.

From the above site:

Quote:
The Winterhaven neighborhood, located in central Tucson, welcomes thousands of visitors every year for two magical weeks in December. Visitors to the Festival will see Winterhaven's majestic trees decorated in dazzling lights and will enjoy seeing wonderful decorations and lights on Winterhaven homes. Many people will walk the streets of Winterhaven to enjoy the sights, but visitors may also take a haywagon carriage or trolley through the neighborhood. Cars and buses are allowed on certain nights.

Just hang the lights once, keep them in place all year, and light them up for Christmas!
