For Bethenny everything has happened so quickly. It kind of snowballed. She does need some time for herself go off on a yoga retreat or something.
She probably still remember the time when she had trouble making rent so... Then again, she may be afraid to slow down even though she is feeling the pressure. She may be worried that if she slows down it will all go away.
I never thought she would grow on me but she kind of does.. and I get her.
I personaly think that Bethanny's mother is a possible pathylogical narcissist. What kind of mother calls her daughter demented... The pathylogical narcissist will do anything to destroy a person, even if it is a family member. They are always projecting. They are the ones who are liars and will twist things around in a munipulative and decentful way. The covert narcissist is the worse. They try to come out smelling like roses while they purposely ruin someones reputation.Even a family member. Not all mothers are loving and kind. A lot of them are very selfish. Again, her mother used the word "selfish" when in fact, her mother is just projecting who she really is(the mother). These type of people are so good at munipulating others and wearing a mask that the person who is not understanding of these pathylogical type people will be taken in by them and believe them.
I really dont care tbh. I watch these shows for entertainment purposes only and I like bethennys show for what it is. I can care less about investigating the grit on any celeb and digging deep into their lives. Its just fun for me and not much more.
Saw, you obviously have never been around one or you wouldn't have even made the comment that you did. And you contradicted yourself. You said "time to grow up and get over it"
Can't call Bethany's mother any names. I (we) don't know the whole story. But there are two sides. Some things should just remain private. B brought up her parents and how she was raised first. I think the mother is coming off diffensive because the situation and environment in which B brought up her rearing.
I remember on B's show last year her mother called her when she had the baby and B didn't want to talk to her. Then in an article she said her mother never reached out to her when she had her child? So I don't know looks like there are some gaps in the story.
Kids and parents often remember things differently then how things really happened. I'm sure they both have some valid points.
Bay area girl, Yes, if we are talking about normal parents here but bethanny's mother doesn't sound normal.
She doesn't sound like a healthy loving mother to me. Most mothers would either say nothing, or say something to express that they disagree with their child's perception, but still never insult or say anything hurtful about their child. I've never heard a good mother say a negative word about their child in public, it's a parents job to rise above everything in order to love and protect their child even when the child is grown, parental love is about loving your child more than you love yourself.
