My thoughts on the matter.....Jon Snow was dedicated to the Knights Watch by sworn oath. So when Stannis offered him the Lord of Winterfell position he of course turned it down cause...honor right? So now that the Knights Watch has essentially murdered him, they have relieved him of this oath and duty. Therefore when he is resurrected by SheBitch, he can head over to Winterfell and be all like....yo dude, this my house.
yep. It was on Washington Post's entertainment section today too. Both Kit Harrington and David Weiss confirmed that Jon Snow is dead and not coming back. Whatevs, I'm over it (well, almost).
Jon has one thing that The Red Witch needs, well maybe not so much of it now, Kings blood. She will save him with her powers.
She can still probably get the "king's blood" from Jon, but he apparently won't be coming back, at least not in the show. Several GOT interviews released yesterday confirmed that Jon is dead, "for good."
I just read an interview with Kit Harrington on ew.com, where he says he's not returing to the show. He says he was sat down by producers and told his character is dead, done. He is going to focus on movies now.
Fans have had 4 years to conjure up all kinds of ways that Jon could walk it off. I suspect he will be gone at least through the next season if not more, but will come back in a big way for the final battle. Azor Ahai, the dragon has 3 heads, R+L=J and all of that... though I supposed I wouldn't put it past George RR Martin to pull a great big JUST KIDDING on all the setup.
My theory of choice right now is that he warged into Ghost.
If they posted it before the show aired, then that's simply rude. And unforgivable.
Once the show has aired, you should expect people to post about it. You should expect to see it all over the Internet. How long before people are allowed to post things that have happened in real time? One hour? One day? One week? The answer is the second it happens, it's fair game.
You should stay off the 'Net if you don't want to be spoiled about a major event. TV, sports, politics, whatever. If you expose yourself to ANY media, you WILL be spoiled.

King's blood means the person has the heritage of a king in him/her. Not that they are actually a king. Just the lineage. Shireen wasn't a king, but she had the blood. Jon... we don't know his DNA, so we have no clue what blood runs thru him. Only guesses and hints.

It's the Mountain. Brienne is up at Winterfell. Those eyes were dead eyes, probably black & blue like the rest of his body.
