Glad Julio is back. Raydor took the team off Rusty, now Stroh will come back. Hope the kid doesn't get killed.

Yes and in real life too! Only so many plots but it was an entertaining little twist...brother was more obvious...

Thought the same thing...but unlike you I would like to see somebody put a bullet in that whiny kid's butt...

I really like the Major Crime episodes, I'm just sad that they don't last long enough. Who started this 10 week episode then it's gone for months? This show is better than anything on regular television.

I'm liking most of TNT's summer line ups. Too short a "season" though. Murder In the First is excellent.

There are very strong indications that shorter seasons mean better television. Most of the most favored programs have 10, 12 or perhaps sometimes 16 episodes per year.

Updated: Here are the best television series of 2014 according to Rotten Tomatoes:
  • Jane the Virgin 22 episodes
  • The Good Wife 22 episodes
  • Hannibal 13 episodes
  • Veep 10 episodes
  • Fargo 10 episodes
  • Transparent 10 episodes
  • Orphan Black 10 episodes
  • The Americans 13 episodes
  • Walking Dead 16 episodes
  • Orange is the New Black 10 episodes
10 episodes a year seems to be the most popular among great television series.

I was thinking that with shorter "seasons" a station/company can get more shows on so more advertising revenue.

Back on topic...I was tickled pink that Sharon and Andy are almost an official couple. I'm also happy Provenza is happy with Patrice.

Time for Stroh to escape prison. Oh, wait, Billy Burke is busy with ZOO. Hmmm.....

I hope we get another year out of MC. I still miss Perception.

They actually do (see "Audience Meter") though I cannot find a listing of television programs ranked by Audience Meter scores.

I liked the Rusty character. Now that he is out of school maybe he should go away to college and make a few guest appearances.
