Margaery's only claim to the throne would be her daddy's Tyrell troops. The Tyrells have not one shred of claim to the Iron Throne. The pretext for putting Robert on the Iron Throne was that he had Baratheon blood through his paternal grandmother Rhaelle (born Targaryen). If Tommen now dies, the Iron Throne will be up for grabs. Although, knowing Margaery; if Tommen dies, and Margaery is out of prison, she will claim she is carrying Tommen's child and immediately, secretly, set about getting herself pregnant.
I believe that in the books, the ruling house of Dorne has distant Targaryen ancestry. Of course, by the time the Sand Brats and Ellaria get themselves killed through their own vindictiveness and stupidity, Daenerys might well have landed in Westeros and be heading for King's Landing herself; if the White Walkers haven't come on down with Winter sooner...

Margaery would have to get out of prison while Tommen is still alive. BTW-She tried to pull the same stunt when she played Anne Boleyn in the Tudors, if you happened to watch that series.
Also, have you or anyone heard talk of Tyrion being immune to fire due to his mom being Targaryen ?
Interesting point. Margaery would become next in line being the current queen. With Tommen and Cersei out of the picture she could choose her partner and bear an heir to her own bloodline. She certainly has the chops in cunning and duplicity to rule.
No she doesn't inherited the rule like a wife does a house...
There is no one to inherit because the throne came through ROBERT Baratheon, Cersi's husband whom she cuckolded with Jamie so all their children were illegitimate and both his brothers have been killed...one by magic/Red Woman and other by Brienne of Tarth...
If you have followed the series then there is possible son but born of ***** who left the city when Arya had to flee...he had the black hair that all Robert's true children had and was apprentice to blacksmith I think...
Haven't seen him since S2
Why did Daneris drop the ring (sign of noblewoman--afraid of theft?--and how convenient that in all that trampled meadow it was found without even really looking for it...
Robert Baratheon took the throne that had been held for 300 years by the Targaryens. Since Robert and his house are gone; with no legitimate heirs, and his bastard son Gendry unknown to most and certainly not intending to try to take the throne himself, the Iron Throne will be up for grabs once Tommen dies.
Daenerys dropped the ring deliberately; hoping that her own guards and friends would find it.

Tyrion's mother was Joanna Lannister, first cousin and wife of Tywin Lannister. She was not a Targaryen. There are rumors that Tyrion's father might have been "the Mad King", Daenerys' father King Aerys; because Aerys was strongly attracted to Joanna. There is no proof that he ever had sex with her, just a faint possibility.
The author of the books, George R.R. Martin, has said that Targaryens aren't immune to fire. Daenerys' ability to survive the flames of her husband's pyre was a one-time magical occasion.
A question or two. Shouldn't they have burned John Snow's body so he wouldn't turn into a walking dead? If they didn't why didn't he turn?
The wildlings that turned last season were north of the Wall. The two rangers that turned before in season 1 had died on the North side of the wall, then were brought back. Jon Snow was still protected by the wall on the south side of it, so may not turn.

Margaery has no claim on the throne, because in Westeros, women can't be rulers. This was true back in the days of the Seven Kingdoms, and true today. The one exception (interestingly enough) is Dorne, where either sex can rule.

I'm sure you meant Targaryen blood.

There have been rumors that Tyrion may be Targaryen, just like the rumors about Jon Snow. Lots of speculation, but so far... just talk.

The bastard son was the blacksmith's apprentice Gendry, who went on the journey with Arya back in S1/S2. The problem there is unless the ruling father (whoever it may be) acknowledges the legitimacy of the bastard, that said bastard has no claim on anything. So, for example, a Jon Snow has no claim, but a Ramsay Bolton, who was legitimized by his dad Roose, does have a claim.
[By the way, we saw Gendry in S4 also, where Melisandre leeched him in an effort to create strong juju to kill Stanis' opponents. He may be a bastard, but the royal blood runs strong.]
Daenerys dropped the ring to let Ser Jorah know what happened to her. She knew he would follow. And because the Dothraki herd circled around her, it created a small green spot in the middle of the trampled mud, where the ring was found. Convenient? Sure, but if you replay that scene, you can clearly see how the ring area was left clear.

Targaryens have no immunity to fire, but the ability to tame and ride dragons. During the war called Dance of Dragons all who had a drop of Valirian blood(not only Targaryen's one) could tame a dragon.

For those of you that have read the books...
Spoiler
The "blinding" is also a very important part of her training and is only temporary.
