Didn't realize it had started or that Jenny was on the skids
Why would Bravo hire her except they were afraid Jeff would fire her and the show would crater...
I thought he and Gage would break up a while ago
Jeff is a narcissist
Can't imagine what it would be like to have to deal with him for long periods of time
And why anyone would be a surrogate for them and have to send her egg off with those two narcissists--Gage is one as well although not top dog--is something I can't fathom...

Will have to catch up
Much more enjoyed the series when he was more into the design aspect--vs personality
Think he IS every talented in that area

Jennie reported the production company & Jeff for abuse & victimization. She also reported him for wrongful termination, which is why he came out with the fact that she hasn't worked for him in about 5 yrs or so. She has been on Bravo's payroll.

The production company had someone looking thru every frame they shot of the show, and her claims were found to be baseless.

When I heard his podcast, I wondered if this was a publicity stunt to drum up interest in the new season.

Anyway, I love the show & will continue watching. With or without Jennie.

Jeff can not keep any employees. No Zoila and now Jenny. This show is done.

I listen to him on his SiriusXM show. He calls his family and employees out left and right on the radio. I feel for Jenny and Jeff. They have been close friends for years. Hopefully, they can make amends.

Well, I read an interview that Jenny did online and she said there is no hope of them being friends again. She said the way things ended which I assume we will see on the show really hurt her.

So now Jenni is out. Megan is gone. Tyler may be going. Over the years we have seen Jeff go through staff member after staff member. He treats them poorly. Berates them if they make a mistake. Rants and rants about everyone yet fails to see his own flaws which are significant. Can they all really be that bad?

Jeff is a jerk who thinks he is above everyone else and owes nothing to anyone. I feel bad for his daughter because she is going to be one messed up little girl having a father like that.

And to be honest, I don't even like his designs. I think they are too cold and uninteresting. If I wanted to live in a lawyer or doctor's office, I would hire him but I don't. He seems to change things just to change them and can't work with anything original. That shows how shallow a designer he really is.

I think it is time to end this show. I will watch the finale but after that I am done. Jay

So who watched the season (or should I say series) finale?

Jeff's actions were just wrong. He is such an A**. I heard his podcasts which made it sound like the breakup with Jenni was not his fault but clearly it was. There was NO excuse for him to say and do what he did and it was him that broke off the relationship, not her. I am not sure how he and Gage could even say otherwise.

I also do not understand Gage. Is he that much of a wimp that he does not stand up to Jeff? Jeff has insulted him numerous times and is openly hostile at times. Does he ever tell Jeff when he is wrong? Grow a pair idiot.

I am glad that the series is now over. After years of watching him be a jerk and going through employee after employee, I justified it because of his long relationship with Jenni. I thought "why would she stick with him and defend him if he was as bad as he appears?" I was wrong. She stuck with him for the fame and fortune and he is just as big a jerk as he appears. Maybe worse.

Lea Black told Jeff that she feels that Jeff's business is not fully living up to its potential. She sort of blamed his staff in her presentation saying that they should be doing everything they could to support Jeff. Has she not watched this show for the past 11 years? The only person holding Jeff Lewis back is Jeff Lewis. He is the worst boss ever, ridiculing staff publicly when they make a mistake. Never letting go of that mistake or failing to point them out whenever he wants. Guess what Jeff - No one is perfect, including YOU. If anything, you are the most imperfect person over on that show and until he accepts that, he will continue to fail to bring his company to its full potential.

Bravo has not renewed Jeff's contract so I can only assume that the show is over. Can't say I blame them. Jeff may turn up on another network but I doubt I will watch.

Does anyone feel differently? Jay

I certainly hope this is not the series finale and Bravo renews this show. The name of the show is Flipping Out for a reason, it's because Jeff FLIPS OUT all the time, it's the whole basis for the show.
Lea Black did Jeff no favors with her presentation at his office. Jenni did say that working for JLD has been humiliating as an actress. Hmmm, did she think Jeff didn't hear her say that? In the car she pretty much blamed Jeff for the fact that she is not an A-List actress in Hollywood. That is not his fault. There was no Nicholas Cage movie so she was lying. Did Jeff have to be so harsh and continually call her a liar? No, but his feelings were hurt too. They've had arguments like this in the past so I'm pretty sure she probably thought that they would just cool off for a week and then apologize to each other and then move on. Nope, Jeff doesn't want to be responsible for holding her back in her acting career so it was time to say goodbye.
Here's the thing though, Jeff hasn't been paying her to work for him for years. She only "works" for him when they are filming. So she is playing a part in a reality show and has been being paid by Bravo. I don't think this show needs Jenni. The show only needs Jeff & Gage and whatever crazy people that are willing to work for them.

I watched the finale and Jeff was pretty terrible to Jenni. But It was funny when Lea was doing her presentation and Jenny said she wanted to be a actor. I bust out laughing because it was so off topic. Her focus is clearly not Jeff Lewis Designs. I think it is obvious Jeff has serious issues. I even remember he fell out with the guy Ryan ( I think that was his name). He had a little baby daughter they used to show.

Ah, yes. People forget about Ryan Brown who was Jeff’s former boyfriend and business partner the first three seasons of the show. Jeff was always locking horns with him and finally he just walked (maybe Ran is a better word) away from him. There is a VERY long list of people that worked for Jeff over the past 11 years. Are they all bad employees? With that kind of turnover how does Jeff ever expect to get his company to the next level. It can’t. Jay
