It is halftime at the Superbowl and so far the ads have been hit and miss. I don't know why the agencies feel the need to spend the money on a celebrity but they do. In others I can't believe they get the green light.
My Favorites so far have been the elevator one for the car buying app and the Bud Light Tie in with "Game of Thrones" was really good.
The NFL just had a good and fun ad promoting themselves.
Now if the Pats can get it in gear and score some points...
LETS GO!
What has been your favorite commercial?
Favorite commercial - The Elevator car commercial was very cleaver and my favorite followed by the near death Audi commercial,LMAO !
The Budweiser/Game of Thrones finale was my favorite. Second was the 100 years of football. Nice mix of current stars and legends. Third was the elevator. The fact that vegans are pitching a hissy fit is stupid. It's sad how we as a people have become so hyper-sensative. Pity that some apparently can't take a joke
Yup, yup, and yup. And Tony Romo has to be the worst commentator I have ever heard. Halfway through the second half, even my wife said, "Can't someone shut him up?" Maybe he was nervous, but he came across as a know-it-all motormouth.
All in all, this was by far the worst Super Bowl I have ever watched. By far.
I absolutely loved it when either team DIDN'T do what know-it-all Romo said they would do. He never makes "suggestions ", he always states as "fact" that a team will do something. I was glad he had a little mic trouble and we didn't hear him for a few seconds.
I liked the elevator commercial, the near death commercial, the Bud Light (?) where the unknown knight got zapped and they took his helmet off but not to us.
I didn't like the political nuances of most of the commercials. SB is not the time nor place for more political crap.
I loved the opening with John Malkovich. It started out slow but John's Speech towards the end was pretty good.
The 100 years of Football one was my favorite, Barry Sanders still has it
Prime Time got Drilled
