Did this show ever go anywhere? The episodes I saw had some sci fi action at the start of the show, but basically it was a cop show other than that.

Then there was a metaplot about an evil universe sending all the sci fi stuff into our universe, but it never really seemed to be going anywhere. Well the old scientist's son died so he kidnapped a new one from there, but other than that nothing. I just kept waiting for stuff to actually happen.
I watched the season opener and still love this show!! I missed seeing the old Walter and Olivia in this episode or is the new Liv the old Liv. It kept me interested though.

Yeah, the "new Liv" is our "old Liv" but she's turning into the new Liv. Got that? LOL

I think they want to reprogram "our" Liv so that when she gets back to our universe she will still do things for "Walternat" Don't have a clue as to what "their" Liv is up to. I think it's to destroy our universe though.
I stopped watching after an episode or two of the second season.
I caught some of the premiere movie, and it seemed like things were finally movign along. We got to see the alternate universe and what was different about it. Why is it evil though? Also why all the zeppelins (unless they simply have a much better sense of coolness than we do)?
Great show well written and well casted. I have bought season 1 on dvd and am awaiting the release of season 2. I just love it. I especially love Walter...
I loved this show last year. This year, I'm tired of the people in the alternate universe. I'd prefer the show to focus on the characters in this universe. Continue to the bring the others over here, but bring back Olivia and don't go back there.
