I also love when Lois says "What" like the episode when Peter makes the airplane crash because he took the gas and Quagmire end up living in Chris' treehouse. Peter says Quagmire you belong in a tree cause you're nuts and she just cracks up laughing."whhhaat?"
Oh and then the Y2k episode where they go look for somewhere else to live and they run into that guy playing the piano and he's singing whatever they're doing "Lady takes an apple, she's going take a bite"

I think the part with Peter nursing Stewie and the "cool whip" scene are really funny. My sister watched that episode with me and now she always says "cool whip" like Stewie said it. In the new episode "Love Blactually", Stewie makes Brian mad again by saying "rueened" instead of "ruined" and "cru-el" instead of "cruel".
Not sure if I have seen the Michael Moore scene.

I like the "nut in a treehouse" line. Quagmire could have been the first to... well, you know, do what he usually does with women.
the best scene was when peter, chris, stewie, and brian all drink the castor oil or whatever it was to see who got the last piece of cake. i think i pee'd a little from laughin so hard from that one!!!!
