There’s a commercial with two kids set in the 1950’s era and they lament that nobody in school asks what they want to do when they grow up. They don’t need to as they are born into the family of a well known jelly maker. The poor little rich kids, nobody understands them. In reality wouldn’t they be going to a private school with other well to do kids who wouldn’t care who they were or what they did?

I'm not a fan of the new Geico 'Happier than..." whatever commercials. Not a fan of those at all.

I also will go in the boat of hating the hopper commercials. They are like nails on a chalkboard to me.

And the NFL Network guy with his creepy grin and beard and blue suit. He annoys the bejeesus out of me!

Also, I can't stand the Wendys commercials with the annoying redhead. Not the commercials with Dave's daughter Wendy, the ones with the lady basically insulting people's food choices and saying they should go to Wendys. My absolute least favorite is the one shown most often with her sitting with friends trying to decide on a movie to watch and she talks about one and they ask how it ends and she says "With you driving us to Wendys!" First, why are they discussing movies to watch based on how they end??? And secondly, drive yourself to Wendys, $#&*@! We're watching a movie!

I am so sick of the Cialis and Viagra ads on TV all the time. They're incessant, especially Cialis. They don't seem to care when or where they run. I'm not a prude and I'm all for guys getting this kind of help if they really need it, even though I think pharmaceuticals are oversold and depended on. However, these ads are inappropriate for kids to hear, especially over and over and over.

Also, the Zyrtac ads with the woman sneezing like the tooth fairy -- the high pitched annoying sneeze. Like nails on a chalkboard.
I don't think most kids would understand what those commercials are about, but I'm definitely sick of seeing them, and all the other pharmaceutical ads. I read somewhere that the US is one of only two countries that allow drug ads on television (New Zealand is the other). It's not right, people should not be making medication choices based on TV ads.

Yeah I agree with the Wendys commercial, makes me wanna slap that girl. I also hate the Wendys commercials that say always fresh never frozen, well yeah they may not put it in a freezer but they put it in a fridge lol. I also love the makeup commercials and how "good" you can look. Of course its easy to look that good when you have tons of makeup and editing software.

There is a brand new commercial on but I cannot remember the name of the product. It shows someone with these chips and they hand them to this black man and he begins yelling the name, then the girl next to him starts yelling the name of the chips as well. I mute it everytime it comes on, it is all just yelling the name over and over. Anyone remember the name of this product?

I hope someone remembers the Olympic Coke commercial from Beijing.. it's up on Youtube but it makes me cry. It came on once this summer (I think) and it still looks nice with the additional footage.
I loved, love, LOVED the United Commercials this year, especially the P&G ones!

I have a similar experience with another commercial. I don't remember the name of the product either. My husband loves political shows, so the tv is on from time to time during the day. We have an open plan with no walls between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. I pretty much can block out the programming and commercials, but there is one that is a pain. Some woman screams 'This girl is on FA-YA (meaning 'fire')' at the top of her lungs. Well, I think she is meant to be a singer, but on most tv speakers a lot of women, speaking loudly, just come across as shrieking banshees. I notice, even on these talk shows my concentration is often disrupted by woman who were never told to modulate their voices for public speaking.

I am very proud of the fact that I do not know which product this commercial is trying to push, meaning shrieking females may attract your attention, but not hold it long enough to identify that product, so if this is some marketing ploy, it's failed.

Oh yeah, I know what commercial you're talking about. I think it's for a credit card or something. That commercial is over played. Starts with a girl breaking up with a guy because he's plain or something so he gets this credit card so he can become unplain, by spending a lot of money to go to art museums and cooking classes and concerts and stuff.

I think it's a take on the old saying "does a bear s*** in the woods?"
