Same here. I find it annoying and not the least bit cute and I hate its stupid “differently abled” sounding voice. Ever since it was first introduced I wish they would permanently cut this annoying character.

I think the one on the plane is pretty cute.

I do not like the new Progressive commercial where the African American woman is looking for Flo, and hollering for her in a voice that sounds veeeeeery angry. When I first heard it I thought when she found Flo she was going to go beat the crap out of her. She asks Flo if "this" (the plug in feature to monitor your driving) is what she gave her husband. Flo is very calm under the "circumstances", she should have been shaking in her sneakers. I wish Progressive would retape this portion of the commercial.

To the poster of #836- "jingos". I tasted them at the supermarket and they weren't very good.

But the one I really dislike is Sonic. Two men in the front seat of a small car. They scream and chew with their mouths open. Repulsive.

I don't like this ad either, but even more so because it's stupid. Flo gives her husband an insurance product and getting this insurance has an effect on him that makes him go out and do something moronic (not to mention extremely dangerous). Which in turns makes the wife go into a furious rage. This is supposed to make me want to buy Flo's products?

I posted somewhere else about the Northern quilted toilet paper commercials. They have a new one out--creepier! I mute it as soon as possible, but sometimes it gets through. I think these ad agents have lost their frig*in minds!

I agree! What's with the creepiness lately? And the newest way to sell a product is to show someone using it and then turning into a complete moron? How does that sell a product?

There are lots of examples of this new trend, the worst one being the guy who drinks V-8 and starts screeching and saying bizarre things as if drinking V-8 gave him Tourette's Syndrome. That does not make me want to drink V-8.

Hehe. Maybe they're in with the pharmaceutical companies...Trying to sell their meds to us after we drink V8. Very strange.
