Bruce Jenner is the stepfather of the Kardashian kids. And I don't think he's leering at them....his facelift is just pulled a little too tight so he always has a puzzled/inquisitive/startled look happening on his face.

I dont get it. Why is everyone here talking about and mentioning Kim's "Fat a$$" or "Big a$$"? Then, I read/hear elsewhere that people (women mostly) talk about how you rarely see any "Fat" or "Big" women on tv, but here is one (not according to me, but according to you) who seems to be on one of the more popular E shows. Plus, this Kim chick with her "fat a$$" or "Big a$$" seems to always be in the top ten of every Hottest/Sexiest celeb top ten list in existence. ??????
As far as people attacking the mom I think you should all be ashamed of yourselves. These women (note, this is in bold) will do what they want because they are GROWN so dont say "its the mom's fault" or anything similar. I go to the same gym as the Kardashians and have met the mom several times. She is really a nice sweet down to earth lady and one of the nicest people in person.
The show is popular because people watch it. Dont blame it on people being "stupid" or "idiotic". I checked and didnt see any posts by the "haters" here in the "Books", "Fine Arts" or "Science and Technology" forums.

However, the mom is their manager which means that she is essentially PIMPING them out to be eye candy and is the one I saw who took the risque photos meant for Kim's boyfriend and turned them into a calendar to be sold at the local stores in their area. She also is managing her teenage daughter's career who will no doubt head down the same path. They may be adults but they are essentially being pimped out by their mother. It doesn't matter if you go to their gym...the fact that you live in their area means you are probably more immune to that kind of nonsense that the rest of us are.
As for their popularity...all I can say is that when speaking for myself, I don't get the Kardashians but they are only one family in a long line of idiots who are now famous for nothing. Kate Gosselin, The Kardashians, Paris Hilton, the list goes on.
The interesting thing about Hollywood is that as more and more of these poseurs get "famous" and start being treated as if they have any sort of talent, the less Hollywood matters. What used to be a huge endorsement of a political candidate or a book or a movie has now become "ho hum". It's always been the teenagers and early 20-somethings that will buy a shirt just because a "celebrity" wore it, but the rest of us are starting to care less what a celebrity says or does or endorses. I say THANK GOD for common sense and putting these people in their place...nothing more than rich people who are taking advantage of the idiot paparazzi with nothing better to do than try and take a photo of them at their worst.
