weve walked around the streets of old san juan as late as 4 am. i dont get this 11 pm stuff. san juan , like a lot of cities , put highways through neighborhoods and built giant projects that are crime filled. weve stayed in old san juan , ocean park, condado. its safe for a tourist and much like any big city though theres a good bit of blight outside of old san juan. i actually liked ocean park despite the blight. near the beach, kasaltas is a njce place , and some good restaurants nearby like bebos which made the best pineapple batida ive had
