I would have thought that this new bill would have been given another number.

That's what will happen eventually.

I am guessing that Reid cancelled the vote, because he knows that in a week or so AFTER the vacation, they will have a new WV senator who WILL Be the 60th vote...

of course that means about 2 million people have no $$$ for a few more weeks, while THEY go on vacation.....
