Questions for those of you from CA that have completed tier 2. My tier 2 allocated 13 weeks of payments. Regarding the week 14 payment, how was it handled in your case ? Did you receive a separate claim form right after the final tier 2 payment ( week 13 ) ? Was there a delay in this process ? Or, was week 14 paid later, like after completing tier 3 ? Lastly, if you received week 14 payment right after week 13 how was the transition to tier 3 handled ? I've read various explanations about the timing of the tier 2 week 14 payment and commencing tier 3.

Thanks for any input !

Hi- I just finished Tier 2 and then there was a week before I received a claim form for a single week (week 14), which I was to fill out and send out the very same day (Monday). I received the payment and am now waiting on word that I will move to Tier 3.

The tab at the top says that "you have now exhausted all benefits for this extension (meaning #2)You may be eligible to for another extension"-

The week 14 is paid right after Tier 2. Now I wait until this week for CA to process all new tiers and send out notices/ and claim forms.
I am now about 2 weeks into Tier 3 with out a check so that will be paid retroactive.

Hope this explains it.
