I live in state of NY.
I wondering cuz I knew some cleaning companies might be hired but I'm still not sure if they will hired if does.
I wonder if an employer offer you a temporary job but they don't know if they will keep you only for 1 week 2 weeks or a month and maximum 3 or 4 months is vacations replacement/seasonal temp. you need accept it this kind of jobs and it's ok to refuse it ??? or will be a issue with your unemployment ? also if you accept it that affect your benefits and somehow ??
how works if a employer offer you a contract job for the same time 3 or 4 months and they let you go coz the contract is over you need accept it this jobs for the rules of unemployment ?
If you're worried about refusing, then DON'T apply for the job. You are in total control of where you apply. However, you don't always know what you might be offered after you apply.
Refusals of work are easier to deal with because there are many more exceptions but it takes time, energy, worry and uncertainty. You avoid this by only applying for jobs that you want.
Yeah is true
But that thing of yesterday still bother hope everything will be ok
Thanks for your answer! Chyvan
