Hey All

I am in my initial 26 week period of UI. It goes until about Feb 10th. If the unemployment is not extended will I still get to finish my 26 weeks until Feb or do I stop getting them at end of month. Again I am not on an extension.

Thanks

Federal EUC ending 12/28/2013 - has NOTHING to do, whatsoever, with state benefits. You continue to collect.

You will get the full 26 weeks as it is a state program.
