Well I think it's been determined.. I cannot view the actual file yet.. But my eligibility has since changed to eligible.. But it's still showing disqualified for all my payouts.. I will check in the morning..
When you get the money in your hand, you need to go after that judge, and get him in trouble. What he did to you was WRONG!
This is exactly why Java v Ca was decided the way it was. So often the claimant got benefits anyway, but because they were held up so long, the claimant's life was still ruined and the benefits didn't prevent the evils that were supposed to be prevented.

So my info online has not changed since Wed evening. I called today and found out that I AM eligible again. I basically proved they didn't have good cause. Now I am basically getting jerked around trying to get the funds released. They gave me a number for the deputy clerk.. And it's not working because he gavee the wrong extension. He also stated they have not even sent the decision paperwork yet.. Any way I can get this moving.. I need my 3300 dollars
I don't have a clue what to do next. When people don't do their jobs, it's sometimes near impossible to contact that person to make them give things a second look and correct a step they missed.

Well it took 3 calls to the appeal department.. First 2 gave me bogus info. Third person said determined today, being mailed tomorrow.. Payout should be within 3 days.. So Friday or Monday... I will keep you posted. And I want to thank you for everything so far in this process. You have made this so much easier to. Deal with
I don't think there is any unnecessary delay. You only had the hearing mid last week and it can take a day or two just for the ALJ to write up their determination. Until that determination is written and filed, nothing can be done on your actual monetary payments. Once it's filed, it becomes official. But as you saw last time, if they are slow in filing (they have 5 business days after hearing), although they rendered a decision, they can go back and reconsider it and change it.
Ok, logged on this morning, to some new messages. First I was able to see the determination finally. Basically the arbitration guy did not find just cause to reopen the case. So win! 2nd, it now tells me my benefits are exhausted.. Which I knew as I only receive 12w worth of benefits. So this was a known factor. But the fact it states that means they are processing my back payments. When I look at the payments screen, my claim weeks went from indefinitely disqualified to hold in excess. So this means things are moving. Hoping by Friday I have my direct deposit and I can pay my rent without having to borrow it. I will keep you posted. To anyone reading this post after the fact or just to follow along, I cannot thank Chyvan enough for everything. The advice has been spot on and it's nice to have someone helping in these fights.. The light is getting closer in this long long tunnel..
He did. He'll post where ever he thinks someone in the know will see it. I just ignore him now because he was giving inaccurate information, and it was a waste of time to help him with half truths.
