It’s not supposed to, but everyone’s could be different.

Skipito

exhausted their funds after 7/1/19 is this date referring to the actual week ending paid date? Does person's 1 yr claim expiration date have any bearing on it? Person in question received last actual payment (#26) for week ending 7/19/19. I've seen conflicting dates on how far back exhausted weeks of UI will be looked back.

From NY Twitter

If your benefit year has not expired but you exhausted your 26 weeks of benefits, you will also receive a letter from NYS DOL advising you to begin certifying to receive the additional 13 weeks of benefits.

So now we have to depend on another gov organization, the United States Post Office to get us this letter. Why cant you communicate via email as a backup, you have our email on file. This is truly BS.

if you go on their website they took down all the charts, info on CARES ACT and extension of exhausted benefits

knew there were not going to provide extensions for exhausted benefit claimants

You really need to stop spreading false information man. It’s a federal act signed into law.

You realize all states update Sunday nights, right? Why not just wait for them to finish?

I’d hate to have to explain the entire federal system to you, but the states don’t have a choice to not participate.
