Honestly, the more logical thing is to just wait. No point in wasting time and giving yourself a headache trying to get a rep when the end result is that they will literally just tell you "they're waiting for guidance" and need to implement changes to the system.

or worse... a phone rep might fudge something up with a person's claim. I heard this is a big problem regardign the PEUC 11s.. People calling and having reps mess with claims,, essentially creating 2 claims in the system from the back end, which is requiring NJ DOL to have to manually go in and remove claims. Playing with fire every time a person calls and gets a rep on the phone. and tbh a lot of the actual Agents can't do anything right now with the claim until NJ DOL figures out how to get the 11 loaded on the right people's claims and get it paid out.

I just received a letter this morning from the NJ DOL saying I am now eligible for the 11 weeks extension through March 13, 2021!!!

They went on to say that it will be several weeks before weekly benefit certifications can again be processed. Please wait for notification that your claim has been updated with the 11 additional payable weeks before you resume certifying for weekly benefits.

Wonder if it is just a coincidence, but on Sunday I certified for the first time by phone for the weeks since 11/14/2020 that I was unable to certify for online. When I did that it updated my weeks certified, maybe showing them I'm still unemployed?

I did receive the 20 week EB which expired 11/14/2020.

This is good. I got my letter on Jan 5th. I wouldn't call in a speak to anyone and touch my claim. They finally got the $300's right. Now, unfortunately they will have to get this going, we are headed in the right direction. Just time is the issue.
