My first claim, regular unemployment, says it was from 5-3-2009 - 5-1-2010. I am currently on my first set of EEUC which states its from 12-6-2009-5-29-2010, I will actually exhaust the first set of EEUC that I am on April 27. I assume I will than start tier II correct? So on May 1st, will I file a new unemployment claim as will that be my BYE? or would it be May 29?

I file on sundays, so would I do it than? Im in Indiana so I assume it would come up on my uplink? Also, will I receive a payment on Monday than? or will I have to wait for them to approve my new claim and if so, will there also be a waiting week? I have not worked at all and I was told in Indiana, my new claim would be denied and I would continue on my old claim, so im not sure how it all works.

Not sure exactly about Indiana but I would file the claim on Sunday if the system allowed. You will have a new wait week, I was caught off guard by that, never thought I would have a wait week again but I found out when I checked my pmt. and saw there wasn't one!. Good luck!!
