Last Friday Representative Sander Levin (D-Mich), Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, released a statement saying that he is trying to get a vote by the House before Memorial Day on HR 4213 -- the bill which would extend the eligibility cut-off dates through December 2010.

Just FYI, if the House passes an amended bill, it must be returned to the Senate for another vote before it can be signed into law by the President.
