Maybe it is just the way they do it here and is not the same everywhere. However, in my experience, you can normally tell if it is a sales call because of the way they do it.
They often get a computer to call multiple people at once and then when one person answers, they switch that line to a sales agent, and away they go with their spiel. This means there is a delay between you answering and the line switching to the sales agent starting their sales pitch. If there is a recorded sales message then there is also a delay before the recording starts. If it is an actual sales agent calling, then they normally need to get in quickly to say what they are selling before you hang up on them, so it is fairly immediate and they have to talk fast too.
But how? They no longer have a body to dial a phone with. They no longer have an electro-magnetic field to work with. How do they do it? That's what I want to know.
Everything is energy vibrating at different rates.
In order for something to appear 'real' to us in our reality it has to be vibrating at the same rate as we are. Ghosties are vibrating at a higher rate which is why we often perceive them as see-through. That is how they can go through walls and other things in our reality.
If you can alter your vibration then you can interact with other 'realities'. That means if our eyes, etc sensitive to higher vibrations we can see ghosties and if they are vibrating or can alter their vibration, to vibrate slower, then they can interact physically with our reality.

Are you implying that I stole the stories? This may have happened someplace else. I wouldn't doubt it, but I never submitted it for publication.
I would like to get a copy of that book. The first part of the phone phenomenon happened on Shelter Island, in NYS. The second happened in NOLA.
