No. While you might think that a Brexit vote would act as a wake-up call for the E.U., there have been many such calls in recent years and yet nothing seems to happen. Brussels appears impervious to dissent. The E.U. system desperately needs reform but has shown little inclination to do so.
This is what makes us exit people angry Jaggy. The EU just doesn't listen. They seem to feel we can soak up massive immigration forever. If they don't change this attitude, even with a losing vote, this isn't over.
