yeah, I went to the US to study in Aug 2001, and the anthrax drama is vividly remembered.

Honestly, all this "war on terror" post 911 is doing neither the US or the rest of the world any good, and didn't make anyone safer. It is just sheer stupidity and self-importance.

Some of the points raised by the CR.

Seems like Blair jumped the gun sending the troops in before all other peaceful options had been exhausted. (probably pressured by Bush to present an Allied front to justify an early war)

So these are the findings; but what of justice?
Blair knew fine and well by sucking up to Bush he was a man made for life.. he should be locked away.

He should be!

Question is though, will he?

Otherwise, what is the point of this report if no one is going to be accountable for their appalling actions!?

Timely absolution from "Two Jags", trying to distance himself from the political fallout post Chilcot!

Pity he couldn't have been so forthright & concerned back in the day!

The White House would rather you not know about the Haliburton affair. Even though Cheney was CEO of Haliburton for five years before becoming Vice President, this is not mentioned in the White House biography of Cheney

https://www.cs.cornell.edu/gries/how...aliburton.html

Vice President Cheney's Haliburton Company is said to have made about $39.4 BILLION on the Iraq War!

Bush was just a dumb puppet and Cheney was really running the country. He did resign from his Haliburton job (CEO) to avoid the obvious but only a fool would believe that he wasn't still running the show and earning loads of money by invading Iraq.

Fool that Blair was, he bought into the whole thing. Our governments--it's all about money, greed. That's all it comes down to now--bribery, corruption>>>>more money. Why do the few need such an incredible amount of money? What can you possible DO with all that money?
