By way of explanation, my son and DIL just moved into a new log house in Timber Lakes Estates.

I suspect they will receive more snow than when they lived in Heber City (Timber Lakes is in Heber but a higher elevation). In looking at a recent FB posting of their porch view which is already covered with snow, I thought for next year I'd like to hire a snow removal company or person to plow when over 6" of snow falls.

Does anyone have any information on who I could contact this year to set up a program where they'd be plowed out if they have more than 6" of snow?

Part of the HOA fees in Timberlakes includes plowing, are they having a problem with that?

I didn't know that, but that's because this would have been a surprise.

I'll have to ask him if their HOA actually plows their driveways? I thought just the roads were plowed, but thanks for the information.

The HOA plows the roads not private driveways.
